First time I tried the 25mg one I ended up with one of the worst headaches ever. I only took one which was very surprising. SO the next time I took just one again and the effects were worse. I felt tired, sleepy, had a headache and was also nauseous. I bet that 25mg is too potent for me. Not buying Joy Organics again
best for anxiety
All this nono CBD hype really be working. Tried these softgels and in less than 30 minutes I could feel a sense of relaxation and calm washing over me. Turns out they are faster acting than the typical CBD I am used to. That came as a bit of a shock.
Between the 25mg and 10mg ones I would rather go for the 25mg. Last time I bought the 10mg ones the pack didn't last one week. I kept taking more to feel the effects and in the end ended up with a depleted bottle. It was quite a loss iykwim
