He's a runner and after a sprint he likes to apply it behind his knees and apparently they feel way better. So if you see me buying a bucket load its for dad.

This Green Roads heat relief roll on is my best. Doens't matter how painful an injury is just one application and within minutes evcerything feels great. I am currently looking for somthing that is a bit stronger for worse injuries but so far I am 100% content witb the 750mg one

maybe if the roll on had some other great flavor then I would have foud it more delightful. I fekt the effects but the overall smell was just nothing which is underwhelming

Someone explain how cayenne is supposed to help me after I bruised myself. Sounds like it will flare everything up and cause me more harm. That is why I prefer cold soothing relief roll ons to this one. Or maybe its just prefernetial bias at its best.

LOVE that the whole bottle is lightweight and hence convenient. Pretty easy to carry around in your bag or even in your pocket if you do not intend on ferrying around a backpack

here I am to report that broad spectrum roll ons are theTHING. IDC what anyone else says but if you are into sports and exercisibg this should always be in yoir bag

Never though the heat relief was a thing I would find enthralling till I tried it myself. So I twisted my ankle and used this heat relief roll on and boy didn't everything flare up upon contact. After a minute though it all settled down and it had helped with the pain.
