Listen. If youlift weights regularly, you may want to make this a go-to because it eases pain on muscles so easily! it's like foam-rolling without the pain and discomfort. And you can literally smear it on any part of the body as needed.
I buy this for the high CBD component. My weekly dose is 20ml during my massages and that's usually like 120mg CBD. Insane! I deadlift heavy and so these treatments are such a relief for me. I'd do it daily but I like alone and cannot sufficiently appply this on my back.
