Introductory Information About Gelato Seeds
This cultivar is a pretty balanced Indica-Sativa hybrid, containing 55% of Indica genes and 45% of Sativa genetics. Due to this profile, Gelato is universally applicable to many health issues, such as pain, stress, chronic fatigue, and insomnia. Those who grow Gelato seeds often report feeling stimulated and productive, while others experience pain relief and full-body relaxation.
Effects, Flavor, and Genetic Composition
Fans of citrus and fruity flavors can grow weed with these properties from Gelato strain seeds; these aromatic effects are attributable to the dominance of caryophyllene, limonene, and humulene in the terpene profile. This weed is a direct descendant of the Girl Scout Cookies strain, and there are renowned ancestors in its genetic profile: Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. This strain has 27% THC and 0.18% CBD, so it’s recommended for mature users only; newbies can easily get couch-locked or experience the full range of side effects.
Growing Challenges of Gelato Feminized
Plants of this weed strain prefer humid, warm environments and need much sunlight; besides, they are susceptible to diseases and mold. Fans of Gelato feminized seeds often report that they are comparatively harder to grow than autoflower plants of the same strain. Cultivating the Gelato seed will suit only a mature grower, as the plant is pretty picky and can cause you real trouble.
The plants grow from 100 cm to 180 cm, which is pretty convenient for both indoor and outdoor growing. However, when grown indoors, the plants may require some extensive training on the grower’s part to fit in the growing room conveniently. If treated right, this marijuana cultivar will reward diligent growers with 500g-700g of top-quality yield that is ready for harvesting in 8-10 weeks; the optimal timing for collecting ripe flowers is September. You’ll see that the flowers are ready for collection once they develop dark purple hues and bright orange hairs, while the transparent pistils turn milky white.

I often choose Gelato seeds feminized for growing because of the germination ease and zero problems with the plants. It's a sure must-try for all beginners who want top-tier weed without dying on the plantation
Gelato was too hard for me to grow. I did everything right, but the plants grew sick, and the yields were meager
This strain is sure not for newbies. I like the stone it causes but growing it is like hell
these fem seeds are a little disappointing. The plants didn't yield as much as I hoped, and the buds were kinda small. The high is decent, but nothing to write home about. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I wouldn't buy again
these seeds ain't it, chief. the plants grew all weird and spindly, and the buds were small and airy. the high was weak and didn't do much for me. save your money and try something else
Bruh, Gelato is my new favorite strain, and these fem seeds are the real deal. The aroma is dank as hell, and the taste is like a dessert in your mouth. The high is euphoric and giggly, got me feeling like I'm on top of the world. Definitely worth it!
These seeds are legit! The plants grow strong and healthy, and the buds are sweet and creamy, just like the ice cream. The high is smooth and euphoric, got me feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. Highly recommend!
these Gelato fem seeds are fire, my guy! The buds are hella dense and covered in trichomes. The high is mad chill and relaxing, perfect for smoking after a long day of work. Definitely coppin' more
My third time growing Gelato seeds and the experience gets better every time. I'm learning new things about this plant like just how much soil the pots need. Love growing these in my homemade grow space in the backyard
decent strain to grow. Takes a lot of work and has a nice yield. Not recommended for beginners though
This aint easy to grow but it makes me feel GREAT when I smoke the flower. Almost messed up at the start but took help from my buddy who grows feminized stuff. It worked out in the end so im stoked!
I love the way these plants look! It took a lot of work and care to get them to grow nice and tall but it's really worth it. Very happy with the decision to grow these uplifting buds myself
Didn't get the desired result. Ended up with only a few usable flowers. Didn't find the THC to be strong, unlike what is advertised about this strain.
I have been growing feminized seeds for a very long time now and these are some of my favorite ones to plant. Easy to harvest and they offer a great yield at the end.
not a great experience for me if Im being honest. These are not for beginners at all. I tried to follow all the instructions I could find and gave them all the nutrients they needed but it still didn't work out as promised. Plus, they need a lot of grow space. I won't be getting more of Gelato seeds anytime soon.
always grown autoflowering seeds. this was my first feminized growing experience and I was very scared of messing up. It wasn't too easy to take care of my baby Gelato plant but the flower appeared after around 8 weeks and I got a decent yield out of it. will plant the next batch soon.
Oh these babies grew taller than I'd expected! I grew them outdoors because I'm lucky enough to have the space. Keep them warm, give them enough light, and take care of them. You won't be disappointed with the results. The hefty THC hit I got is all the reward I needed for my hard work lol!
