Amnesia is a Sativa-dominant hybrid weed strain with one of the richest lineages out there. It is a child strain from Cinderella 99, Jack Herer, and Enemy Of The State. Kush plants of the Amnesia strain typically have a THC content between 17.6 and 19.6 percent, with a CBD content between 0.42 and 0.61 percent. In addition to its abundant genetics, the strain has a predominant terpene — valencene — responsible for a citrusy flavor. It is suitable for users who don’t have enough experience in smoking to understand the features of marijuana. If you want to try to grow it you can find Amnesia seeds feminized on our website.

Quit a special smell, very pungent diesel aroma, with earthy note. The high was quit strong, made me feel pretty uplifted, with a burst of creativity. The visual distortion it gives you is basically what I was looking for when I smoke a classic sativas. As it was quit potent, I found it perfect for treating conditions such as depression, and also stress. Most of the time I get worry for little things and this helped me keep my ideas clear. It also helped with pain, the high was so smooth that I could meditate when my eyes closed. I was feeling my head buzzing and at the same time couldn't feel my body. It was an abstract dream at that point. If you want that " floating on the clouds " high, Amnesia is for you. Ofc with lil doses, you get a nice boost of energy, but higher doses made me feel more lethargic and more happy

What Effects to Expect From the Amnesia Strain?

If you’re looking for a strain that will have you buzzing at the end of the day while still being able to function well at work or in conversations, the Amnesia strain might be just the one. This strain is often described as an energetic, euphoric “head high” that can be mentally and physically stimulating. This interesting combination of effects with a more cerebral vibe makes this strain truly special.

Amnesia is an almost entirely positive marijuana strain. When smoked (a method most popular for this strain) it cultivates deep relaxation and calming, making it great for the daytime or evening. One of the best things consumers like about this strain is just how long it lasts. Of course, that also depends on how much you smoke and inhale at one time. The only side effect that you may experience is a dry mouth, which can be easily remedied by drinking plenty of water.

What Are the Medical Benefits of the Amnesia Strain?

Many medical marijuana patients turn to the Amnesia strain because it helps relieve symptoms of:

  • Chronic pain
  • Arthritis
  • Eye pressure
  • Tremors
  • Headaches
  • Muscle spasms
  • Mood Swings
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress

Consuming it as wax or oil, Amnesia strain has been found to relieve inflammation and pain. Due to its citrus-like flavor, which pairs well with edibles, it works well with such as cannabutter, brownies, and cookies.

Tips for Growers

The Amnesia strain matures in approximately two months (its flowering time takes about 56 to 63 days), and its seeds are happiest indoors. Getting a harvest from its seeds will require some practice. So, it is recommended to have some experience before your first attempt to get a yield of 300 g per plant. Harvesting the Amnesia strain is best done in October, and don’t forget to use a grinder to ensure you get a consistency that works well for you.

I've bought 3 different types of amnesia so far, and I can't tell which was the right one. Number 1 was eathy sweet and diesel and sour. The taste was the same, and gave me a nice head buzz, I was focused and creative. The second one was way sweet, almost no diesel aroma, but citrusy earthy instead, same goes for the taste and was basically more aggressive in the head than the previous one, but lasted less. The number 3 though was quit special, it was almost a combination with the two I had before. When I put my nose in the packaging it was an aggressive pungency like the N°1 and was sweet like the N°2 but instead a very sour sweet earthy smell, I didn't understand what I was smelling. The taste leaned more to the sweet earthy and pungent, and the high was a bit soft, but with a good happiness feeling that lasted longer than the 2 I bought before

This could be used for joint pain and migraine. Is it not so cool? That implies that for your joint pain, this cannabis serves a purpose of helping you get over pain. It also has medicinal purpose as someone with inflammation can have something to smoke and the joint pain can then be gone. Get quality marijuana. Get some healthy one. Get Amnesia

Amnesia is no doubt the most popular cannabis strain. It is highly appreciated and it makes you just go high. It is so sweet. And the fact is you can go so high for more than 2 hours but it doesn’t make you panic. You get so energized and you can do a lot of things. Inspiration for creative ideas flows and you just can’t help it. I love this brand

Strain details

Amnesia Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 17.6 - 19.6%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.42 - 0.61%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.22 - 0.66%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.24 - 1.23%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.24 - 0.31%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.2 - 0.64%
