Also known as Black Cherry Punch is a hybrid marijuana strain created by the combination of parent plants Purple Punch F2 and Cherry AK-47. It has been created by Symbiotic Genetics, which is a company known for creating many other popular marijuana strains. The Cherry Punch strain comes with a lower THC content of 15%. But while this THC content makes it seem meek compared to other strains, it is a very heavy-hitting weed with strong effects.

The Taste and Aroma of Cherry Punch

Dark green color buds with small orange hair have a rich mix of fruit tastes when smoked. The taste has a combination of sweet berry with a slight hint of cherry and citrus. The aroma might be quite skunky and pungent.

These sweet berry tones are created by a combination of Myrcene, Limonene, Linalool, Caryophyllene, and Ocimene terpenes.

The Effects and Uses

The life-improving effects are Sativa-like and quite quick. It makes them feel sedated and their bodies relaxed, while also increasing focus and feeling of happiness. Users may also feel more productive, creative, and uplifted after smoking Cherry Punch buds or using its oil.

Some common medical issues that this cannabis can help fight include:

  • Arthritis
  • Stress
  • Epilepsy
  • PMS

However, users should note that this weed can cause some side effects like panic attacks, low blood pressure, and dryness of the throat and mouth.
