The Diesel strain is a Sativa-dominant hybrid consisting of only 30% Indica and Sativa taking away the remaining 70%. The parent strain is NYC Diesel, but this kush also has Afghan, Hawaiian, and Mexican genetics. You can germinate are two types of seeds for this strain: Diesel seeds autoflower and CBD Diesel seeds feminized.

I smoked some for the first time and it was unexpectedly smooth. At first, it had a sour taste but it had a grape undertone. I think Drey is overreacting with the smell issue, it is not that bad.

Diesel Strain Effects and Medical Appointments

If you want to brainstorm and think out of the box, smoking this pot can help reach these effects. The high starts with uplifting euphoria and happy feelings. Afterward, you might feel Indica elements starting to kick in and prompting you to rest. During a sativa-dominant high, some users report being more productive. Above that, in some cases, the Diesel strain can help relieve symptoms of medical conditions such as anxiety and depression (but it's better to consult your doctor).

Dry eyes and paranoia are the most common negative reactions people may experience while smoking Diesel.

Diesel Strain Fragrance and Taste

Its aroma profile consists of a diesel odor with some pungent earthy notes. The sabinene terpene is responsible for these scents. Sweet skunk undertones are added to the palette due to ocimene and limonene. The strain also has somewhat similar flavors with a fuel taste. Beginners are not recommended to smoke the Diesel weed strain because it can be pretty harsh on the exhale.

The nugs are pretty large and dense with bright orange hairs.

Nice high that creeps in slowly. At first I thought , where is the high? and bang bang bang, I could feel my body elevating. I feel a spark of energy and happiness settles in my stomach. I love the overall effect.

I grew up on a weed farm and sampling different strains was a daily thing. So when I hear guys saying this is strong stuff, I just smile because it is moderate to me. And the taste is bleeeeh. You could try Blue Cookies if you want an intense high. Taking too much and paranoia sets in with dizziness which makes me feel uncoordinated.

Attention deficit hyperactivity is a disorder that prevents me from focusing on one task for a long time. I struggled with it through high school. Most times it requires extra effort to finish my exams. I don’t care about the sour taste as long as it keeps my focus in place. It has improved my attention span and I am so happy.

It is a great weed for recharging my energy. It also increases my concentration and focus. God know how easily I can be distracted. I feel like my body is floating and I am riding on the clouds. The sour aroma fades very quickly too.

Strain details

Diesel Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 14.3 - 19.3%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.83 - 0.98%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.44 - 1.19%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.45 - 2.07%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.03 - 0.17%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.28 - 1.56%

Diesel Terpene Profile

Ocimene Ocimene (derived from the Ancient Greek word Ocimum meaning basil) is a terpene with sweet and herbaceous flavors, also boasting citrusy and woody undertones. Naturally, ocimene occurs in mint, parsley, orchids, hops, kumquats, mangoes, basil, bergamot, lavender, and pepper. Offers antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties. 0.36%
Limonene Limonene (also known as d-limonene) is the second most common terpene in nature and the third most common terpene in cannabis. It has a powerful citrus aroma and can be found in all citruses, including lemons, oranges, grapefruits, limes, juniper, etc. Limonene is known to elevate moods and provide anxiety, depression, and stress relief. 0.25%
Sabinene Sabinene is a terpene with a peppery, spicy, citrusy, and piney aroma, presented in Norway spruce, Holm oak trees, black pepper, cardamom, and carrot seeds. Found in cannabis in small quantities. Allegedly, sabinene has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. 0.29%
Phellandrene Phellandrene (also known as alpha- and beta-phellandrene) is one of the rare terpenes found in cannabis with antihyperalgesic and antidepressive properties. Phellandrene contributes to a minty, woody, and mildly citrus aroma in cannabis. Previously confused with limonene and pinene, phellandrene was eventually distinguished as a separate terpene common for eucalyptus. Also, it could be found in mint, dill, black pepper, cinnamon, parsley, pine, and lavender. 0.11%
Total terpenes content 1.01%
