The Gluechee strain is a rare, evenly balanced hybrid (50% Sativa / 50% Indica) bred through crossing the classic Cheese X Original Glue (which is also known as Gorilla Glue #4) strains. The first parent is known for its potent relaxing properties, while Gorilla Glue #4 strain boasts energizing and creative high. Being a celebrity child, the Gluechee strain boasts a super potent high thanks to its moderate THC level, which amounts to 10.58 - 15.47%. With the terpene profile dominated by limonene, this marijuana bud has a chemical strawberry taste with fresh citrus hints. The Gluechee cannabis provides cerebral tingly euphoria that fills the mind with a warming fuzziness, reducing the stresses and pains of the day.

The cannabinoid content is vast. It is also made up of the following compounds:

  • CBD 0.45 - 1.19%
  • CBC 0.17 - 0.61%
  • CBG 0.32 - 1.45%
  • CBN 0.05 - 0.21%
  • THCV 0.39 - 0.74%

Taste and Aroma of the Gluechee Strain

The Gluechee strain packs a delicious flavor that comes from its unique terpene composition. Even though limonene is the dominant terpene, the weed has light cheese and gas taste with earthy citrus undertones on the exhale. The second prevalent terpene in this cannabis bud is pulegone which is responsible for herbal overtone that turns pungent with every inhale. The aroma of dank diesel comes from the last terpene known as linalool which also gives the marijuana its floral notes for a delicate finish.

Main Effects of Weed

With a moderate THC level, the Gluechee strain is perfect for any hybrid fan who loves either one of the weed’s parents. This cannabis bud provides an almost immediate onset that boasts a light cerebral tingly euphoria. Once the mind settles down, smokers will notice a warming fuzziness that eases stress, pain, and negative thoughts. With a total sense of happiness, you will also experience increased creativity and sociability that accompanies this cerebral state. Smokers reported that they were able to easily carry on conversations with everyone around them. In combination with these combined effects, the THC level makes the Gluechee marijuana a perfect option for treating conditions including:

  • Stress
  • Epilepsy
  • Pain
  • Lack of appetite

Side effects are typical for hybrid strains and usually appear in those sensitive to cannabis compounds. They include:

  • Panic attacks
  • Hunger
  • Rapid heartbeat

How to Grow Gluechee

Since the Gluechee strain is a rare hybrid, it would be hard to find the seeds of the plant. According to those who were lucky enough to get the seeds, the Gluechee buds are covered in oversized spade-shaped minty green nugs and thin fiery hairs. The weed flowers within 54-55 days and gives a yield of 1-2 ounces in 61 days. The Gluechee cannabis bud reaches 30-60 inches indoors, while outdoors, it can reach up to 80 inches.

Gluechee Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 10.58 - 15.47%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.45 - 1.19%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.17 - 0.61%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.32 - 1.45%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.05 - 0.21%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.39 - 0.74%

Gluechee Terpene Profile

Limonene Limonene (also known as d-limonene) is the second most common terpene in nature and the third most common terpene in cannabis. It has a powerful citrus aroma and can be found in all citruses, including lemons, oranges, grapefruits, limes, juniper, etc. Limonene is known to elevate moods and provide anxiety, depression, and stress relief. 0.64%
Linalool Linalool (also known as beta linalool, linalyl alcohol, linaloyl oxide, and p-linalool) is one of the rarest terpenes found in cannabis, mostly in small quantities. Linalool is known for its spicy and lavender aroma, bringing relaxation and calming effects. It is also said to provide anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that can be useful for athletes. 0.09%
Pulegone Pulegone is a less-common terpene found in peppermint and catnip, for example, with a sweet and minty aroma. In small amounts, pulegone could be found in some cannabis strains. It is reported to offer anxiety-relieving effects, increased cognitive performance, and sedative properties. Could remove dizziness. 0.27%

The flavor of Gluechee is very interesting. My initial reaction was fruity and herbal aroma, then I felt some chemical and pungent notes. Good as a sedative. Overall impression is great.
