Irish Cream is an extremely delicious cross between the award-winning Ice Cream and potent Banana Cream Cake strains. Smokers appreciate Irish Cream strain not only for its taste but also for the powerful effects they receive from this Indica-dominant weed.

I had a chat with my dads friend about how weed is nowadays stronger and better than before because he didnt smoke in years. Gave him a bud of IC and later got a text from him that I couldn’t understand…so I guess he liked it? :)

Irish Cream Strain Review - It is Like Smoking a Real Irish Cream Cocktail!

Irish Cream Main Flavors

In addition to the wonderful tropical flavors dominated by mango, you can also feel the nutty taste and pleasant scent of roses emanating from the buds of this strain. It owes such an unusual set of flavors to such terpenes as caryophyllene, valencene, myrcene.

Typical Effects

Irish Cream strain can have a profound effect on the body, which is not surprising since THC levels range from 16 to 20%, and CBD levels are less than 1%. Its high can be described as:

  • Focused

  • Sedated

This strain affects both the body and the mind equally, which is why smokers experience significant physical and mental relief. We recommend smoking it in the morning on an easy day. However, you may experience such side effects:

  • Dry eyes
  • Headache
  • Concern
  • Thirst and dry mouth

as far as Indicas go, I give irish cream thumbs up for longevity and emotional boost. The taste is amazing only if you vape it, any other way just makes it taste strange. Get yourself some extract, enjoy!

Strain details

Irish Cream Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 17 - 19%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.62 - 0.9%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.07 - 0.25%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.31 - 0.64%
