The Jager strain, also known as "Jagermeister strain," "Jager Kush weed strain," and "JGR" is an Indica-dominant hybrid known for its potency. Marijuana was named after Jagermeister, a very famous German alcohol brand. The origin of cannabis is vague, but the parent strains are believed to be Blue Dream and LA Confidential. The weed, unlike alcohol, does not contain any traces of deer blood or other unpleasant ingredients. The taste is vibrant, reminiscent of the taste of that original Jagermeister.

Jager Flavor

Breeders did an excellent job and brought out the perfect combination of flavors. It is a very rich pine smell, given by phellandrene. It is the classic woody scent from the terpene limonene. It also has potent and lemony flavors. Buds are pretty long and immediately attract attention with their appearance. The dark green pieces have a solid purple hue. Orange hairs densely cover the buds under a covering of crystalline trichomes.

Reported Effects

The Jager weed strain is as potent as its original. The average THC of marijuana ranges from 20 to 23% of the content. The high of such power is unbearable for beginners, so they should refrain from taking marijuana. Only seasoned weedheads can genuinely appreciate the effects of kush. Marijuana hits very fast and makes you feel tingling all over your body. The kush relaxes your muscles and can make your breathing deeper. Relaxation hits the smoker so hard that he can easily be locked into the couch. Despite the advantage in Indica, Sativa also has its benefits. Stoners become creative and creative. This mood affects sociability and sociality, making it easier to communicate with friends. Users can often feel sleepy towards their high end, so the strain is suitable for evening use. However, you may experience side effects such as:

  • Dizziness
  • Dry mouth
  • Dry eyes

Medicinal Use of Jager Strain

This type of effect makes marijuana suitable for medical patients. Cannabis can relieve conditions such as:

  • Chronic pain
  • Inflammation
  • Muscle spasms
  • Tremors
  • Insomnia

Info for Growers

Unfortunately, none of the breeders have yet made Jager seeds publicly available. It is unlikely that you will be able to purchase seeds, but you can try looking for clones from trusted growers. Growing this plant is relatively easy and suitable for beginners. Marijuana is well suited to the semi-humid Mediterranean climate. Very short (up to 30 inches) plants start flowering at 6-7 weeks. Even though you can get a harvest as early as week 7, you can't expect much. You can get a maximum of 5 ounces of buds per plant.

Jager Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 20 - 22.25%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.38 - 1.34%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.05 - 0.26%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.18 - 0.8%
