Happy

The Lemon Diesel weed strain is an Indica-dominant hybrid with an uneven CBD/THC ratio. This kush plant’s high THC content (15.2-19%) has overshadowed its moderate CBD content (0.15-0.41%). The genetics of this strain comes from a crossing of its parent strains — California Sour and Lost Coast OG. This child strain boasts caryophyllene and ocimene terpenes, giving it a distinctive citrusy lemon flavor. If you're new to strains, but not new to the idea of smoking a little bit of marijuana every day, this is a good strain for you. Growing this weed plant from Lemon Diesel Seeds Feminized is easy for beginners.

Get the joint, take the smoke in, feel the rich lemony taste, get into bed and reach nirvana along with your partner. Period!

Lemon Diesel Strain Information

Lemon Diesel Strain’s Aroma and Flavor

The first thing you notice when smoking the Lemon Diesel strain is a fresh and lemony flavor that fills your mouth with a sweet sensation. When you first taste it, you can detect the prominent lemon flavor. It lingers on the tongue and a hint of earthiness develops. As you exhale, a pungent diesel flavor develops that resembles sour candy. The Lemon Diesel strain is an effective addition to edible cannabis products like weed brownies and cannabutter, but it can also be used for making wax or oil.

Beneficial and Possible Side Effects

The Lemon Diesel high hits fast and hard. You'll feel a sense of mental and physical euphoria radiating through your mind, along with the ability to be highly creative and focused. As you become more aware of your surroundings, you'll notice that even the most mundane daily tasks become much more interesting. You are also likely to feel a bit happier about life in general, as well as comfortable enough to let loose socially around friends and family members.

The most commonly reported side effects from the Lemon Diesel strain include dry mouth and dry eyes, but these effects typically don't last long, so you don’t have to worry about them affecting your health in any lasting way.

Terpenes Profile and Medical Properties

As you may already know, terpenes are chemicals produced by plants in a process called biosynthesis. They give the cannabis plant many of its flavors and aromas, but these aren't just for smelling and tasting nice. Terpenes also have medical benefits, like acting as anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial agents. Lemon Diesel weed strain’s terpene profile includes:

  • Myrcene (0.25%)
  • Ocimene (0.18%)
  • Caryophyllene (0.16%)
  • Pinene (0.13%)
  • Humulene (0.04%)
  • Limonene (0.1%)

The Lemon Diesel strain works great as an appetite stimulant, allowing you to enjoy your food without feeling overly full. It is also great for relieving you of the following issues:

From the Growers Perspective

Its moderate growing difficulty and around 60-68 days flowering time make Lemon Diesel a good strain for novice and intermediate growers. As its seeds develop into mature plants, the indoor yield can provide up to 400 g per square meter. The buds are covered by golden-brown hairs, with orange pistils and hints of red hair that look just beautiful.

FAQ

It is the cross of California Sour and Lost Coast OG strains, which both contain powerful and established genetics.
In lower doses, it is great for daily use while you need to stay functions. However, larger doses can make you stoned and sleepy.

Diesel lineage hybrids cause headaches in the morning, especially when I smoke more than my average fill but Lemon Diesel goes easy on you in the morning even if you allow yourself to go crazy in the evening and smoke a few extra buds.

I use this kush regularly to treat my ADHD symptoms and it has helped me dearly because during the energy burst period I can accomplish a lot. Afterward, I slept like a baby helping which is something that had become foreign to me.

The way these buds look is very appealing but the trichomes get very sticky on the hands. I had to wash my hands with soap to get rid the stickiness but the high was very intense and I enjoyed smoking Lemon Diesel. When buying this kush I was lucky enough to the one with the visible orange pistils on the buds.

My personal experience with this dope was that the high started off gradually and started giving me a burst of energy but then when it wore off it helped me relax and get a goodnights sleep. When I woke up I was so hungry so I cooked up a storm.

Lemon Diesel Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 15.2 - 19%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.15 - 0.41%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.14 - 0.14%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects.
