Those buds are crazy MAN! Its not easy to come by a weed that has both dense and huge nuggets that you can easly grind for rolling and chop down for a pipe. Personally I preffer pipe because the high comes in much faster and its heavier

Pura Vida Strain Review - A Super Potent Hybrid Causing Exhilarating Euphoria

  • CBD 0.34-0.73%
  • CBC 0.38-0.74%
  • CBG 0.33-0.98%
  • CBN 0.02-0.27%
  • THCV 0.27-0.93%

Pura Vida Aroma Profile

The weed flowers release a pungent aroma that reminds smokers of pepper and spices. The dominant terpene phellandrene causes this savory scent. Also, the plant carries the notes of flowers and fresh soil as affected by bisabolol. Among floral aromas, some people can identify lavender overtones typical for limonene.

Medical Effects

The creator of this cultivar has a solid reputation in the cannabis community as a breeder of quality genetics using organic conditions. Their effort often results in insanely potent and high-grade strains, and the Pura Vida weed strain proves it.

The hybrid offers a variety of effects that stoners with little expertise shouldn’t underestimate. The high starts with tingling effects in the neck and spreads all over the body, pulling potheads into a numbing state of sedation. The intensity grows as time goes on, leaving people completely relaxed on the couch. In addition, the strain delivers euphoria and happiness to users, melting away their worries and pains. It culminates in complete sedation and sleep.

Pura Vida is versatile for recreational consumers and has a variety of uses for medical marijuana patients. It is recommended for individuals to alleviate the symptoms of:

  • Insomnia
  • Muscle spasms
  • Pain
  • Tremor

Those unfamiliar with Pura Vida may overuse it and get unexpected side effects such as:

  • Slurred speech
  • Thirst and dry mouth
  • Rapid heartbeat

Help for Home Growers

Expert gardeners report that cultivating the Pura Vida strain is of moderate difficulty. They claim it grows pretty tall indoors and outdoors, reaching 60’’-80’’ in stature. The plants form tiny and medium-sized colas after a 48/59-day blooming period. The buds are small and have a fine layer of amber trichomes. In 63 days, you can enjoy yields that amount to 1-2 oz./ft2 for indoor shrubs and 15-20 oz./plant for outdoor plants. The strain is available as clones and seeds except for feminized.

my wife and I like to go out for the weekend and spend some time just between ourselves. We usually get some weed or shrooms, depending on the mood, and the last time we went on a road trip, we took some pura vida with us. It was a spectacular experience. Full recommendation!

I think theres more CBD than people are saying because its impossible to get such a powerful numbing sensation throughout your entire body with less than 1 percent. Still, the trip is amazing joyride!

Strain details

Pura Vida Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 24 - 25.33%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.34 - 0.73%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.38 - 0.74%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.33 - 0.98%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.02 - 0.27%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.27 - 0.93%
