Wouldn't advise anyone to take the drops in the morning.Things will turn real sleepy real fast, sometimes in the middle of tasks too.

I cannot say I am a fan of citrus flavors but the hints of ginger and coconut helped a bit. I even grew to love the whole tincture in the end.
