Effects

Those who love these buds say they are great at helping with anxiety and stress. Heavy-hitting almost immediately, so it is not recommended for beginners to consume large amounts. If you are not feeling motivated enough or tired, this is what you need. Point Break boosts creativity and focus, so you can definitely finish your to-do list. Also, this uplifting strain will help you cope with tensions and feel euphoric. Experienced smokers mark the daytime as the best time to consume, as a great productivity boost will stay with you for hours.

Negative effects are also present, depending on the amount consumed and the characteristics of the organism. These are the usual Sativa: insomnia, dry mouth, dizziness.

Growing

The breeders kept Point Break growing material and the seeds unavailable for home growers. If you have experience in cultivating these buds, please share it with us.

any growing tips to get the maximum THC? have tried them all, from getting seeds from licensed buyers to watering infrequently and even harvestiing the buds late with a week or two after they fully bloom. Still can never seem to produce a bud that is close to the advertised THC.

Rob

You need to research about the curing process, that’s when the THC crystals are strengthened, seal up bud in a jar, burp daily, keep sealed ,and kept in the darkness, curing is when the crystal gets stronger.

Only thing that had me hating this strain was the strong pine and citrus flavors. I mean I like a good tropical burn as much as any other guy but I draw my line when there is even the littlest pungent smell and that is one way to describe hpw this bay burns. I have nothing bad to say about the high It was as euphoric as I expected.

I know there are chances of some dry mouth and for the most part i really don't care. That last time I smoked some Point Break blunts I ended up having a serius case of dry mouth and since it was a hot day anyway i ended up chewing on ice cubes. The day was looking up in the end.

When I first saw that it is this weed was an indica dominat i thought it wouldn't even hit all my right spots you know. And boy wasn't I wrong. That high starts off in the head and the trip i got had me looking up a dispensary to get some more of that Mary Jane. I firmly believe if something impresses me I get it.

Okay so I have heard that people prefer fast growing plants, something that is done in about 7-8 weeks but i tend to find those beauties a little rushed. I believe in patience and taking time to develop each and every thing within the plant. That is why I can readily wait for 10+ weeks with Point Break. Gives it this finished mature taste that I absolutely love.

Don't think Hasher understands that the CBD is still effective eveb if its just 0.88% it still works its medicative magic even at such small amounts. Only difference is the THC gets you so high you don't feel the relaxation till like the next day.

Point break is one of the top 5 on my list. It is expert level grow b sure to give them light nutrients and a lil calmag at beginning of flower of calmag as they are prone to deficiency. I have a monster right now that is almost done, fattest buds ever. Covered in purple and trichromes. Perfect for a crowding a tent, or in taller c ielings and create super crops bc it grow vigorous and tall. Your gonna wanna start super cropping and pushing every head down from clone to flower, the more branches the more deathstar dense golf balls10 out of 10. Heavy Ng is needed for yield as they don't cola. They make brick dense deathstar like tight beautiful flower

Point break is hands down my favorite strain, with meat breath in 2nd. I have og point break genes RN and if u r a caregiver and live in West Michigan, I can help you all out. Most vigorous / pest, environment resistance like crazy. Gotta train last for a good yield. Does not cola. Grows dense (brick) little deathstar like ball/cones so not for beginners. I beginner would probably not yield enough to b worthwhile. It's pretty chill about low/high nutes too. It prefers partial shade for full potential as my tsw3000 had to b dimmed bc my tops got stunted by local heat spot. My others point breaks are as beautiful and perfect as cannabis comes. Very good for anxiety, focus, relaxing.. not overly sedating. Perfect strain if I ever had one.

I would like to meet and talk to someone who has some experience with growing. Its difficult to find the seed and to buy it, so if you want to enjoy the Point Break on regular basis, the best way is to grow this indica yourself.

For me, the flavor is the best thing about this strain. Honestly, it has a very citrusy, fresh smell, something like the mix of lemon, orange, and some tropical flowers. I smoke it in a joint or bong and feel refreshed and regenerated after the long day.

Its a very relaxing and calm weed, I guess it would be perfect for people who are coping with stress and anxiety attacks. Also, its strong but not too much, so beginners could try it too. It’s just my opinion, you might have a different experience.

Strain details

Point Break Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 21 - 23%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.59 - 0.98%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.34 - 0.77%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.26 - 0.88%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.15 - 0.26%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.24 - 1.08%
