not bad if you tend to get anxious during speeches and travels. I cannot go for long without an anxiety attack but I found Legendary OG to be good cause it doesn't give me a high that would confuse me more during my outdoor activities. Its mild and very calming
TBH I prefer any other cbd hemp to this one. Reason being it is not as strong as I like my stuff to be. There was this one time I had to smoke three joints before I felt relaxed and ready to go to bed. That was a complete waste of money and resources if you ask me.
