White Nightmare is a predominantly Sativa 90/10 hybrid strain. Though there is not much information on its original breeders, the lineage is precisely known. This cannabis is a crossing of two famous hybrids White Moonshine and Blue Dream, which can also be responsible for White Nightmare’s name.

White nightmare is GOAT. the greatest thing ever. Last week I was sick and couldn’t get out of bed. lighted it up and woke up from my nasty drowsiness. It’s creamy, it’s smooth, it’s delish. I talked more than I usually do, but i was sick for days, so no one minded this HA HA. No bad effects here, none at all.

White Nightmare Strain: Euphoric and Not Scary

Unlike many other marijuana strains, this one’s inheritance is pretty decent, including remarkable flavors, some of their effects, and much importantly - their potency. White Nightmare weed strain contains a severe amount of THC that usually rests between 18-22%. It’s may not be the best choice for novice smokers and those with low tolerance. However, even seasoned smokers should consume appropriately. With its strong Sativa properties, this kush is perfect for daytime consumption.

White Nightmare Strain's Flavors

It greets one with a sweet berry-like aroma, which is accompanied by a sour undertone. Usually, it’s rather hard to break the bud by hands because of trichomes covering it. So when it’s ground, it emits a spicy smell, relevant to Haze lineage. At the same time, when consuming, the smoke is sweet and creamy, providing a taste of sweet berries complemented by an earthy, hashy aftertaste.

The flavor profile emerged with the influence of the following terpenes:

  • Phellandrene
  • Limonene
  • Carene
  • Camphene

Common Effects

The high quickly kicks in, providing a charge of euphoria that lifts the mood with the same speed. After that, this stimulating cerebral high delivers motivation and enhances focus, which subtly leads to introspection. Depending on your activity, it may give either an energetic effect with giggles and talkativeness or a pleasant relaxation with a spacey feeling and self-reflecting.

White Nightmare strain may induce a range of various side effects, but the best way to avoid them is a proper dosage. They are:

  • Thirst and dry mouth
  • Hunger
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Anxiety

Common Usage

This strain can become a reasonable option for relieving stress and fatigue. Moreover, some consumers also admit its properties of helping with mild pains.

How to Grow

At the moment, there are no available offers for seeds purchase on the Internet. White Nightmare strain can be grown both indoors and outdoors. Its height usually ranges between 30-60 inches. On average, it can produce up to 150 gr/m2 indoors and about 400 gr/plant if grown outdoors. The flowering cycle takes about 65-72 days and the best time to harvest is in 81 days. If grown outdoors, the proper time for harvest is in mid-October.

No, no, and thousand times no! Don’t take this. I had tachycardia for hours when I took it. I was so scared I went to the doctor. None of the high, I was lucid and aware all the time, which made it so much worse. I didn’t take much either. Doctors told me that it is too strong for me.

I’m fighting depression for months now. A doctor told me about White Nightmare pot so I bought it. Didn’t put much hope into it. Now it’s my favourite thing. No more pills for me. I take it and I’m happy with myself. I can work and function. Don’t feel stressed and anxious all the time. Therapy is still my everyday thing, but this dope makes it so much better.

Soooo fast acting and a-mazing! The smoke is smooth and delicious. Bang you have it – the best feeling ever. Like you’re floating on a cloud or something. I got a little hazy at one point, but nothing serious. Not a chance that I could work but i took it to relax anyway. Forgot all about my PMS and didn’t have to sit in front of the fridge to cool down. Such a chill!

Strain details

White Nightmare Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 20 - 22%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.2 - 0.44%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.26 - 0.45%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.15 - 0.88%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.02 - 0.18%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.19 - 0.88%
