CbdMD have a wide range of CBD oil tinctures and 30 mL is one of their most popular sizes.
The taste is great and it’s easy to swallow, unlike some other brands I’ve tried in the past that are grainy or chalky tasting.
It helps me relax at night when my anxiety gets too high. I find that CBD oil tinctures are a great way to calm down and unwind after a long day.
The mint flavor is subtle and pleasant, it’s not overpowering like some other brands that have a strong peppermint taste, which can be unpleasant if you don’t like mint in general.
