I love to apply this after a workout. It feels like CBD helps my muscles recover faster, and it also feels nice on my skin. I am not sure how often to use cbd muscle balm, but I apply it liberally two to three times a week and had no bad skin reactions so far.

It isnt strongly scented, which is important for me. Feels great on the skin. A little goes a long way for me, and I like that it doesn’t leave stains on my clothes. Will definitely buy more from this brand. By the way, the packaging is awesome!
Immediately upon trying it on, I noticed my skin got less red and inflamed.
I have quite a few batch balms at this point, but this one has a very meh scent.
I like how the balm feels however do not like the scent.
