Banana Dream is a reasonably rare 70/30 Sativa-dominant hybrid. It was named after the parental strains Blue Dream and Banana Cheese. The marijuana breeder is Aficionado Seeds. Due to its high THC levels, the strain is unlikely to be suitable for beginners, but rather for experienced smokers. The excellent mix of terpenes created a perfect flavor profile and significantly influenced the effects of marijuana. The nutty flavor is available because of ocimene, and nerolidol gave the weed a tar taste. Limonene and humulene give you a head-spinning strawberry and lavender flavor.

Banana Dream Strain Basic Info

Banana Dream has a long-lasting high that, when combined with the flavor, can make cannabis your favorite one. CBD levels reach 1% maximum, while THC ranges from 18 to 22.5% of the content. The best time to consume this weed is in the afternoon.

Despite the prevalence of Sativa, this high is more like Indica. The exception is the energy boost that users feel at first. As the buzz continues, consumers begin to giggle and become more talkative, which encourages pleasant conversations. After that, the body becomes very relaxed, but it is not chained to the couch at the proper dosage. However, if you ignore the rules, you may experience:

  • Dizziness
  • Low blood pressure
  • Drowsiness
  • Fatigue

Common Usage

Banana Dream Strain helps to improve sleep and cope with the loss of appetite. Although marijuana can also help relieve:

  • Hypertension
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • PTSD

Banana Dream Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 20.67 - 23.5%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.52 - 0.88%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.32 - 0.45%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.1 - 0.46%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.1 - 0.1%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.26 - 0.52%

My new go to strain. Was a blue dream fan (haze/blueberry great strains. The mix of blue stream with banana kush and cheese - makes it one of the perfect highs I’ve had. The mental fun of blue dream with a more fun relaxing mix This IMO if gets picked up will dwarf blue dream in popularity. One cart grabbed me. Friendly Farms has it but it’s blue dream bananas og. Similar , but prefer the original. Feels like a nice haze sativa that’s is a happy / Finn/ giggles high. About hour in the indica kicks in but the haze is till present.

in addition to its uplifting and creative effects, the flavor of Banana Dream is one more bonus. It has berry, herbal, cheesy, and spicy notes. Unfortunately, it didnt smell like a banana to me. Helps me relieve knee pain.

This sativa hybrid is very powerful despite its thc level (my pack says its 20%) the high is quite heady but it makes me energetic. Unlike pure sativas, this strain doesnt make me anxious.
