Potency and Main Effects

THC levels range from 15 to 18%, but in some cases can reach higher content. The high strikes immediately and acts on the brain, activating creativity and stimulating brain function. Mostly, smokers also felt tingling sensations. The relaxation that comes almost immediately prevents the brain from overexciting. Medicine uses the Do-Si-Dos strain to combat:

  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Epilepsy
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • PTSD

However, for beginners, this cannabis may seem too powerful, and it can also cause paranoia, panic attacks, and severe hunger. Therefore, you should be careful.

Seeds and Growing

Barney's farm and Seedking offer Do-Si-Dos seeds. The plant usually produces a high yield and can exist both indoors and outdoors. However, it is worth making sure that the climate is warm and humid. Likewise, when the bud is about to ripen, it begins to spread a strong scent throughout. The flowering time is approximately 10-11 weeks.

Do-Si-Dos Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 20.83 - 23%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.37 - 0.7%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.16 - 0.68%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.24 - 1.4%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.29 - 0.27%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.45 - 1.1%

I was almost in the same predicament as Rhonda but a friend hasd told me that sometimes the flowering bud smells too much which may alert others to your crop. He suggested this elaborate system that sorted the smells right out. But they were hella expensive.

WORST crop to grow in illegal states. My landlord got a wift of the smell and his nosy self came around to investigate. He ended up kicking me out mid-month. and since I was doing something illegal I had to go with it. Never growing it again.

Quite potent for an indica strain. The high comes on almost immediately. It keeeps me in a relaxed state of mind. It is very potent in dealing with post traumatic stress. That shit makes you hallucinate and see what is not there. Sometimes you relieve horrible experiences. it helps me relax and removes all the fear and negative emotions and images from my mind.

There is nothing bad to say about this strain. I picked up an oil cartridge from a friend and boy, the experience was out of this world. Within 20 minutes I was high AF and couldn’t even do anything. Don’t try this strain if you plan on doing anything.

I had the chance to vape Do-si and I loved it, It has a lovely floral, refreshing flavor that is nothing like what I have ever tasted. Within minutes, I experienced a sleeping feeling but not one that will put you in bed. Being my first time using this strain I will say that it is just amazing and I agree with all the positive reviews here.
