Ooh La La strain is a balanced hybrid that was originally created by The Real Lemonnade. Its lineage can be traced back to London Poundcake and Wedding Cake. This strain contains a THC content of 20% and a CBD content of 0.59% and 0.86%. With Caryophyllene as the primary terpene, this weed provides a burst of sweetness to all who consume it.

Small and Taste of Ooh La La

The overall flavor profile of Ooh La La strain is sweet and fruity. The aroma is similar, with floral notes emanating from the buds as soon as they are broken apart. These floral notes are accompanied by those of apricots, grapes, and citrus fruits. Needless to say, smoking these buds offers a very satisfying experience to one's palate.

The sweet tastes are created by the following combination of terpenes:

  • Caryophyllene – the sweetness of grapes
  • Limonene – a burst of citrusy sourness and sweet apricots
  • Myrcene – more tangy citrus notes
  • Linalool – the sweetness of apricots and flowers

Effects, Side Effects, and Medical Use

Ooh La La strain is a very good marijuana to consume before heading off to a party in the evening. This is because of the combination of relaxing and energizing effects it gives. People report feeling very euphoric and happy after its consumption. They also feel very talkative and relaxed. On top of that, they also get a boost in their focusing power to stay alert.

The THC content of 20% makes Ooh La la weed strain unsuitable for beginners. It can cause some side effects too like headaches, thirst, and paranoia. Medical marijuana users report that they find this cannabis helpful in treating issues like anxiety, ADD, ADHD, Alzheimer's, and chronic pain.

Ooh La La Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 20 - 20%
CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.53 - 0.82%
CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.26 - 0.32%
CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.68 - 0.76%
CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.29 - 0.36%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.28 - 0.56%

I tried at least 25 strands before I found Ooh La La. Using marijuana medically has changed my life and I give alot of the credit to this strand. I have children and a job, so I can't be all "In da couch" but nearly all sativa strands give me horrible anxiety and racing thoughts. I truly thank God or the Earth or Whatever You Call It for Ooh La La. It is a hybrid with the effects of a sativa in that it gives me energy, helps me focus and I am still clear headed enough to handle my responsibilities. It has been the best marijuana for treating grief, sadness, ADD, lethargy, anxiety, and my broken Give a F. It is expensive is the only downside. Sometimes, I'll mix it to help it go further. Even said, I'd take an 1/8 of this strand over 1/4 of any other strands out there. I highly recommend. I call it "Mom Weed" because it's a hell of alot better and healthier alternative to wine.
