Potency
XXX OG strain has calming effects, due to the 75% of Indica in its contents. The weed has medium THC levels of 19%, so it's moderately potent and adequate for both experienced and novice users (in moderation).
XXX OG marijuana resulted from the breeding process of two popular parents: OG Kush and XXX. It's good for achieving a mild sedating effect, but it leads to lethargy with overconsumption. The strain is recommended for those who want to alleviate symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety.
The scent is earthy, lemony, and almost fresh. The taste is unexpected, as it's pungent and strong.
XXX OG cannabis strain can be grown indoors or out, but seeds are not available for commercial sale. For growers who manage to obtain clippings, it's moderately easy to grow. It requires a semi-humid climate, and it takes 8-9 weeks to flower.
This is an award-winning strain, which won the first place in the Los Angeles Cannabis Cup in 2014.

XXX OG Strain Cannabinoids
THC | 15.25 - 19% | Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. |
CBD | 0.34 - 0.58% | Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. |
CBC | 0.33 - 0.86% | Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. |
CBG | 0.15 - 0.8% | Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. |
CBN | 0.12 - 0.36% | Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. |
THCV | 0.36 - 1.12% | Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. |

First class lineage and a decent offspring…it so easy to grow this srain and the yield is high enough to secure a nice stash for months to come. Its not too heavy as to drag you down into abyss but still stroing enough to lock you down to your seat
My GF gave me a massage last night after we shared a smoke and it was the most sensual experience. It works well with some soft musicplaying in the background and the movies also get better, especially those with createive visual effects
this one is among few types of weed that help me with my anxiety issues. Mostly I would smoke a joint and keep it cool for an hour and then doze off. XXX OG makes me feel good and keeps me alert so I dont just stand there as a statue…
Not my cup of tea, too sedating…even with low dose puts me down in half an hour
