Doc OG is a creation of Rare Darkness Seed Bank. The professional cultivators crossed incredibly potent Face Off OG and Rare Darkness #1. Doc’s OG, which is another name of the same cannabis, is a 50/50 hybrid. This cannabis is advised for relaxing after a hard day.

The THC levels range from 19% to a whopping 22% THC. Hence, novice users should proceed with caution not to get overwhelmed by the couch-lock from Doc OG. Intermediate and advanced users can benefit from it without concerns. The best time to use this weed according to consumers is at night.

Those who tried Doc OG describe the earthy and woody aroma. It is also complemented with a herbal scent produced by myrcene terpene and peppery by caryophyllene. There are also hints of citrus present because of limonene terpene. The sweet aftertaste lingers on the palate after exhale.

As an Indica dominated marijuana, Doc OG creeps in slowly. Firstly, it shows the cerebral tingly effects that bring a hazy feeling of relaxation to the mind. The focus increases, but it is not stimulative or productive. Users admit to becoming introspective and sleepy. Afterwards, the tingly body buzz spreads from limbs to toes. The relaxation wave sinks consumer to the couch and puts into restful drowsiness.

Doc’s OG strain is an excellent solution for those who seek for help with insomnia and physical pain. With this cannabis, there is also no place left for migraines, digestive issues, and emotional problems such as depression, stress, anxiety, and PTSD.

Although Rare Darkness Seed Bank often launch their seeds for commercial sale, this strain for breeders is rarely in stock at the online or offline shops. Those growers who had a chance for purchasing Doc OG in seeds form can reap the yields within 7-9 weeks of the flowering period.

Doc OG Strain Cannabinoids

  • THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. THC-rich strains may be helpful with such conditions as lack of appetite, chronic pains , etc. It is considered to be the primary active marijuana component. 23.5 - 26%
  • CBD Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a major compound in cannabis, which is non-psychoactive. It is also proved to counteract the side effects of the second major component THC. CBD is widely used for medicinal purposes in rubs, oils and so on. It is helpful in muscle pain cases, may treat arthritis and migraines. Even Greeks used it against pain, while Queen Victoria applied it to get rid of menstrual cramps. 0.23 - 0.7%
  • CBC Cannabichromene, or CBC, is a minor cannabinoid, meaning that its quantity in cannabis is quite little. Though it has the same origin as CBD and THC, it is different in functions. Without any psychoactive effects, it is an efficient cannabis compound in combating acne and depression. CBC produces analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. 0.26 - 1.32%
  • CBG Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the minor cannabis compounds in adult plants. On the other hand, young ones contain a lot of this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory component. During the growth, CBG is converted into different cannabinoids, mostly THC and CBD. The compound itself increases appetite and decreases eye pressure. 0.24 - 1.9%
  • CBN Cannabinol, or CBN, is a trace element in cannabis that is considered to be mildly psychoactive. It appears from oxidation THC, exposed to light and heat. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.05 - 0.27%
  • THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.25 - 1.29%

Everything about this strain is amazing. The perfectly balanced scent and the relaxing heady trip complement each other. The scent will remind you of a nice, windy day at the farm or a trek.
