It’s a 50/50 hybrid plant. It contains an insanely high level of THC that can reach 26%.

Information for Growers

Grease Monkey strain is pretty hard to cultivate because of how tall it grows and how much care it needs. The constant need for pruning and topping can be quite daunting, and it takes some expertise and experience, so if you’re a beginner, you’re in for a challenging ride. The plant has great resistances which won’t be your primary concern, but if you choose to grow it in an indoor setting, you’ll need to implement a carbon filter to be able to cope with the smell that this plant produces. The plants need a humid and sunny environment to flourish, between 70 and 80F, and it’ll grow happy, producing a great harvest.

When grown indoors, it needs a high ceiling because the plants are very tall when fully grown. It takes about 8-9 weeks for the plant to reach its flowering time and be ready for harvest, and the yield would be around 18 ounces per one square meter.

For an outside grow the plant will be ready to harvest somewhere in October. The yield, when grown outside, is very generous as it reaches up to 21 ounces per one plant, which makes it much better for the grower to grow it outside if the climate conditions allow.

FAQ

The plant grows very tall and requires constant pruning and topping. The good thing is that it has great resistance. It can be grown indoors with a high ceiling and one has to use a carbon filter to trap the smell produced by the plant. In a sunny and humid environment, the plant produces high yields.

Some people hate the dry eyes, so I am not going to fault Anita Keeling for blaspheming this baby. But I find that some eye drops and a gallon of water nearby tend to do the trick of reversing most of the negative effects. She should try some of them.

I love me some weed that gets me hungry and in the mood for food. Din't expect it to be that serious but I enjoyed every bite of the food I took. Ended up going to Mc Donalds five times in a row. Me and the cashier are on first name basis now.

Why did I get so hot and steamy after a few hits of this? I swear I didn't see the aroused as a side effect. I tend to disregard them because not all side effects register but this one did alright. About to send batches to my friends so I can see if the effect was one off.

I feel like Dustin Butts is making the growing seem so great. Which I feel it is not. Yeah the height is appealing but boy doesn't this sucker shed its leaves. I had to be pruning every now and then or I would have to sweep up a whole lot of leaves. Quite a tiresome grow if you ask me.

I grow this. The Phenotype i have is very frosty, doesn't stretch as much as it says on here. The stems are very thin which makes it hard when the buds get big. They're not gigantic but they are big and solid. It looks like someone threw powdered sugar dust on it. it starts looking that way around week 3-4 of flower (not 12/12, I said flower) The hash content is outstanding. If you press you can achieve at least 26%. The smoke is not as heavy as I thought it would be. Its not as sleepy as say a hard Skywalker but does get to your head in a sleepy way. You can smoke this and go to a party and stay awake. The initial taste is very diesely GG4 but then the finish is cookies and cream. Its quite an extraordinary strain and the pheno I have is amazing. If i could grow this particular one i have for the rest of my life, I would.

I never really thought there was a method of treating migraines naturally. When my husband suggested medical marijuana I thought he was out of his mind. But then after some research I stumbled on great reviews on Grease Monkey and I liked the name, never felt better in ages.

Back when I was working long nights my body started reacting by causing rheumatoid athritis. I tried pharmaceutical drugs but they had adverse side effects like chronic fatigue. Whereas this kush only takes me out for a few hours when I rest and helps reduce inflammation around my knuckles.

The kush looks very dark green when unwrapping it and the trichomes bring it to life. This is just one great aspect but the one I like the most is the effects and the aroma produced by this kush. It also tastes pretty good with vanilla and sugary notes.

Grease Monkey Strain Cannabinoids

THC Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a major cannabis chemical compound. It is a psychoactive element that stimulates dopamine release and induces euphoria or happiness. CBN is mostly contained in old cannabis and in traditional hashish. It is effective against insomnia, bacterial infections and appetite loss. 0.06 - 0.2%
THCV Tetrahydrocannabivarin, or THC-V, is a compound contained in cannabis in trace amounts. Even though it is close to THC molecularly, it is different in effects. This compound may be psychoactive only in large amounts. THC-V reduces blood sugar, controls appetite, stimulates bone growth, etc. African Sativa strains are the richest in THC-V. 0.18 - 0.86%
