Recipe #1 - Death by Chocolate Cupcakes With Cannabis-Infused Oil

Death by Chocolate Cupcakes With Cannabis-Infused OilIngredients:

  • approximately half a cup cannabis-infused oil;
  • chocolate cake mix (19 oz.);
  • instant chocolate pudding mix (2 oz.);
  • 1 cup sour cream;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 cups chocolate chips;
  • dark chocolate (11 oz.);
  • some Oreo cookies;
  • half a cup of brewed coffee.

Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients (both cake and pudding mixes) in a bowl. Add eggs, cannabis oil, sour cream, and coffee by mixing them in with an electric mixer on low. Continue blending until the batter is thick. Fold in chocolate chips.

Using an ice-cream spoon, fill cupcake cups more than 1/2 full. Bake the cupcakes for about 15 minutes. Remove the treats from the oven and cool them.

To make ganache frosting, chop 11 oz. of dark chocolate and melt it in a microwave. Let it cool and stir in sour cream. Spread a ganache layer on the top of each cupcake.

Crush some Oreo cookies into crumbs and cover the top of each cupcake to make “dirt.”

To decorate the cupcakes with Halloween-themed attributes, take oblong-shaped cookies to make gravestones. Write “RIP” on each cookie, using an edible marker. Press the cookies into the cupcakes. You may place some of them at an angle to make the gravestones look old and rickety.

Recipe #2 - Creepy Finger Cookies With Cannabis-Infused Butter

Creepy Finger Cookies With Cannabis-Infused ButterIngredients:

  • half a cup cannabis-infused butter;
  • 1 3/4 cup flour;
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar;
  • half a cup powdered sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt;
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract;
  • 30 whole blanched almonds;
  • 1 teaspoon green and red food coloring.

Instructions:

Separate the yolk from one egg, setting the white aside. Whisk it with a whole egg and the almond extract.

Using a mixer, beat together the cannabutter with both types of sugar. Then, beat in an egg mixture until it becomes fluffy. Add flour and salt. The dough should be soft. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and place each of them on a piece of plastic wrap. Flatten them into disks, wrap, and put them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Divide each piece of dough into 15 pieces and roll them into the shape of a finger. Make the fingers thinner because they will expand in the course of baking. Form the knuckles by pinching the dough in two places and scoring them with a knife.

Put the cookies on the baking sheet and brush them with the remaining egg white. Decorate the end of each cookie with almonds, making “fingernails.”

Put the cookies in the preheated oven (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes or until they are brown.

Use food coloring to paint fingernails. You may use some Nutella to make the fingers look dirty for a creepy effect.

Put the apples in coconut flakes and roll them while they are sticky. Place the apples in the fridge. After the caramel becomes firm, remove the core of the apples and cut each of them into 6 pieces.

In a separate bowl, combine cannabis-infused chocolate and chocolate chips and melt them in a microwave. Skewer all apple slices and dip them into the chocolate. Let them cool in the fridge. To add a Halloween-inspired design, use colored icing.

  • 1 and a half teaspoons Dijon mustard;
  • half a tablespoon apple cider vinegar;
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt;
  • half a teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions:

Put the eggs in a saucepan and pour cold water. They should be covered with water 2 inches or so. Bring the water to a boiling point. Switch off the stove and let the eggs remain in the water for 20 minutes.

Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, CBD oil, salt, and pepper. Fill the hollows of the egg whites with the yolk mixture. In the center of each “eyeball,” place an olive slice. Put capers in the center of olive slices.

Recipe #7 - Bloody Mary Infused With Cannabis Tincture

Bloody Mary Infused With Cannabis TinctureIngredients:

  • approximately 1/2 fl. oz. cannabis tincture;
  • 5 fl. oz. tomato juice;
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
  • three dashes of Worcestershire sauce.

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Place the top on it and shake it thoroughly. Pepper and salt and can be added up to your taste.

To become a spooky version of an average beverage, it will be garnished with a “lime devil”. First, let’s rim the glass using red Hawaiian salt. If you don’t have it, you can use black salt instead. Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice and dip it into the salt.

To make the devil garnish, you need one lime, red chili/paprika pieces, and spring onions. Take the lime and cut it in half. Cut off a thick slice from one of the halves. These are the pieces of the devil’s body, and a long skewer will hold them together. Using a knife, carve 3 small diamond-shaped openings for the eyes and the mouth.

Put small pieces of chili into the hollows to give some color to the devilish face. Insert toothpicks into the ends of the spring onion pieces. Attach them to the lime body as horns, arms, and a tail.

What Else Do You Need to Know About Cannabis Edibles?

Marijuana freedom comes with responsibility. Halloween desserts with weed can appear only at 21+ parties. When planning your scary festivities, keep in mind the following precautions:

  • The weed edibles should be kept away from small kids and stored in childproof storage boxes to prevent accidental ingestion.
  • Pay attention to the ingredients in the treats you make. If possible, choose Halloween weed recipes that include organic, gluten-free, low-fat, and sugar-free components to retain a healthy diet.
  • If some of your friends don’t do cannabis, label all cannabis products to avoid any misunderstanding and occasional dosing. Also, if you would like to avoid a Halloween party where all cannabis-enthusiast guests are horizontal, make sure everyone knows which treats are cannabis-infused.
  • To even out potency, choose recipes for Halloween marijuana treats carefully and make use low-THC like Italian Ice strains that minimize side effects typical for THC.
  • Since cannabis dosing in homemade treats can be tricky, try them out starting with a small serving and listen to your body. Remember that this food has a delayed onset, so wait for at least 1-2 hours to see the outcome.
  • Don’t drive under the influence of marijuana edibles. Opt for public transportation, use ride-share apps, or ask a sober friend to give you a ride.
  • Don’t combine marijuana with alcohol.

Have fun with these delicious treats and… Happy Halloweed!
