Tia (AskGrowers) : How did you guys start the brand? Tell us your origin story!

Petrichor Beauty Team : Our founder, Stephanie Bente, is a person who has always made all-natural products and is concerned with the impact chemicals can have on our bodies and the environment.

After being introduced to CBD, she knew this all-natural ingredient could change lives in such a positive way and had to share.

Tia : What makes Petrichor Beauty different from other brands?

Petrichor Beauty Team : We are concerned with how CBD is extracted and produced. Distillates and isolates can be over-processed and water-soluble. When a product is water-soluble there is a need for emulsifiers and preservatives.

We only use CBD oil and only mix CBD oils with other quality transdermal oils which work best to penetrate down into joints, muscles, and the bloodstream.

We focus on all ingredients used in our products to be minimally processed and full of all-natural active ingredients that benefit our bodies and lives.

Tia : What are the top 3 things you are proud of, talking about your brand? Why?

Petrichor Beauty Team : We try to focus on all of our ingredients being all-natural, beneficial, and well-tested.

Tia : Can you tell us more about your CBD products? Which ones would you recommend to your friend and/or for a beginner?

Petrichor Beauty Team : We have topicals, tinctures, and a skincare line. Our Body Butter is our number one bestseller. It’s a product beginners are most comfortable with. It is made using transdermal oils and can not only remedy joint and muscle pain, but can also release tension and help you relax.

Our Skin Care line is very unique. CBD is great for anti-aging and calming the skin. Our Back Pedal Serum and Honey Polish are such a great duo to combat the signs of aging and prevent breakouts.

Tia : With so many products making false claims, how can a CBD consumer be more knowledgeable and make an educated decision when shopping?

Petrichor Beauty Team : Always look for test results. There is no reason why CBD companies would not offer them at this point in time.

Unfortunately with no regulations, it is hard, but consumers need to ask how the CBD is processed. This is an important factor to consider when it comes to the results on how effective a CBD product is.

Tia : When can you start using CBD with your pet?

Petrichor Beauty Team : Get to know your pet and let them be hyper babies. If there is an autoimmune issue then they can start using at any age. After your fur baby has had time to grow and you realize there could be anxiety or nervousness they can start CBD at any time.

Petrichor Beauty Team : Mary’s Medicinals is a leader and a trend-setter. They started with some great products to build upon and have gotten to where they are today!
