Archive Seed Bank crossed Cherry Pie and Face Off OG to create this hybrid strain. Other names of this cannabis include Pie Face OG and Pie Face OG Kush. Also, it has OG Kush and Durban Poison as its relatives.

Other cannabinoids are found in this plant in the following proportion:

  • CBC 0.16-0.79%
  • CBG 0.22-0.68%
  • CBN 0.02-0.14%
  • THCV 0.19-0.74%

Aroma Profile and Terpenes

Pie Face cannabis has taken a flavor profile after its parents, with a dominant berry smell affected by the camphene terpene. Further inspection reveals earthy and pine odors brought by carene. Myrcene is responsible for sweet notes added to the palette. The smell can be pungent, but consumers claim the smoke is smooth.

Major Effects and Medicinal Benefits

Though it is a hybrid, the effects produced by the Pie Face strain are more sativa-leaning. It makes users active and sociable and boosts their creativity, awareness, and euphoric energy. Along with a relaxed body, people get a cerebral high with an ability to generate ideas or take up analytical tasks. Some individuals report they experience a mood enhancement and happiness. The kush has the potential to alleviate chronic stress, fatigue, appetite loss, and the symptoms of other ailments.

The Pie Face weed strain is not recommended for people prone to panic and anxiety. In inexperienced consumers, it may trigger minor adverse reactions:

  • Thirst and dry mouth
  • Heightened sensory perception
  • Hunger

Hints for the Pie Face Strain Growers

Large-sized buds and generous yields mark this strain. It requires 40-45 days to flower and 56 days to harvest. The seeds of this marijuana are available online in some states. The plants are easy to cultivate despite being pretty tall – 60-80 inches in height. In indoor environments, they give 1-2 oz./ft2. When cultivated in open-air gardens, they deliver above-average crops of 15-20 oz./plant. Pie Face produces dense minty green buds of an elongated silhouette, covered with a thick layer of golden trichomes. The buds can also be purple-tinted.

Great cannnabis joints. I adore the hits... I love the taste, it helped relieve the pain I feel, and I even felt less stressed. Maybe its the calming effect? I would definitely recommend this to other people who want to try smoking weed.

The earthy taste was okay but after my first puff, I started coughing. I dont think I will try this again since Im on a diet and I had a horrible case of the munchies after. I didnt feel much of a buzz either.
